E-commerce app built with React

A React e-commerce app I built to learn frontend development, with products fetched from FakeStoreAPI. It covers a cart and favorites, two pagination styles, multiple languages, currencies and dark/light themes.

Live demo Source code

React
TypeScript
Firebase
Zod
Tailwind CSS
shadcn/ui
React Hook Form

Problem

I wanted to learn the real problems of an e-commerce UI: a guest shouldn't lose the cart, a liked product or a filtered list should be shareable as a link, and long product lists need pagination.

Highlights

Guests' cart and favorites are kept in the browser; after sign-in or sign-up they move to Firebase and the local copy is cleared
Page number, filters and selections live in the URL, so a product or list can be shared as a link
Two pagination styles: "Load more" and numbered pages (1, 2, 3)
Multiple languages, currency selection and dark/light themes
Form validation with Zod; UI built with Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui
